At a meeting held on October 7, 2024, the CHJA Board adopted amendments to the Bylaws and changes to the Rules for 2025. Article VI, Section 2 was amended to increase the size of the board to thirteen. Article VI, Section 8 was amended to require quarterly reporting from the Executive Committee on discussions held during the previous quarter. These amendments are effective immediately.
Rule Changes for 2025 were adopted which will be effective December 1, 2024. Rule 9.5 A was changed to add the words "during the current competition year" in the restrictions for the .75 Jumpers. Rules for the Stirrup, Columbine and Larkspur Medal restrictions were changed from "any USEF or CHJA approved show" to "in more than one USEF or CHJA approved show".
